Totally forgotten that I have a registered myself a blog. Let me resurrect it from eternal abandonment. Probably, because I have no idea what I am going to use this blog for (until now). I have been compiling a short text file named Motivations.txt and for several years I have slowly append motivational quotes or ideas that I thought of or come through that resonates something about the way I am. I guess, I want to save them somewhere where I can retrieve them when I need them to remind myself of several thoughts I value; hence the best way is to put it in my blog. These motivations are going to be clearly marked in the title of the thread and begins with 'Thoughts:...'
Also, I am going to post a small collection of my photographic works here for people to enjoy. This works are going to be easily identified by the title that begins with "Assignment:..."
As time goes, and I figure out more uses for my blog I will post them with the appropriate 'title-ment'.
So..
A stupid man's report of what a clever man says can never be accurate, because he unconsciously translates what he hears into something he can understand
- Bertrand Russell
i. Thoughts/ideas is compiled in the mind of AA. This thoughts/ideas are intangible but it has to be solidified/compiled in the mind before it could be shared.
ii. Those thoughts/ideas are translated in the mind into expressible speech. Here speech which takes form of language is a medium that enables those thoughts/ideas to be transferable.
iii. AA articulates that speech to BB.
iv. Upon receiving that speech (i.e. the moment BB's ears input audio signals into the mind.) BB receives that language that contains AA's thought/ideas.
v. BB decodes/decrypts that language to extract those thoughts/ideas from AA.
vi. BB compiles/solidifies those thoughts/ideas in his mind.
As I put it in this manner, speech becomes a very complex process of logistics. Now this may sound easy however there are weak spots in the process that are highly susceptible to errors and mistakes and each of these six steps are prone to errors.
Now, why does a stupid man can never report the idea of a smart man accurately?
The answer is decoding/decrypting errors that occur in process v and compilation/solidification errors in process vi. So how does this error arises?
Decoding errors arises from the lack of understanding in the subject matter prior to the speech or misunderstood of the subject matter in the prior speech. The decoder is a mental tool that exists in ones mind as a recollection of solidified thoughts prior to receiving the code. The capacity of the decoder is defined by the capacity of the recipients mind. A stupid man for example are assumed to have low capacity in this respect OR a biased decoder. A biased decoder a state where the input information were not observed but fabricated in the mind.
to be continued... (still need to think about this further)
