I did say that the previous was the last entry but at this point it is getting too good to just pass it. I just had to indulge this guy further. Somehow I feel that he feels that his beliefs are threatened.=)

mrgoh
You know what mimag you are giving me a blast at this. So I am going to indulge with your argument further.
Mimag:
Is it a he or a she...maybe this or maybe that..or none of this and that..!!!
Sounds like him...looks like her.. don’t know whether its him or her...!!!
If this is what continuous thinking has to offer then...thanks but no thanks... I’ll stick to my elementary maths 1 1 = 2...most certainly it cannot be 1 or 11..!!!

Mrgoh:
This is tooooo rich to pass on without a dispute in a scientific point of view. I shall indulge you.
YES! There CAN be a confusion as to GENDER as well! See Male is characterised by the XY chromosomes in one of the 23 chromosomes in human - whereas Female has XX chromosomes. This is a fact. The Y chromosomes is actually a stunted X chromosome with 'missing' one leg. See! There ARE continuity between man and woman! The beauty of Continuous Nature! There are problems that can arise when there are irregular mutations to these chromosomes. Like one individual can have XXY or XYY instead of the normal XY or XX. Of course there is this medical problem of gay and lesbian but that is not as FUN to talk about as the examples I am indulging further.
There are evidence of Gender Problems. I shall give you some examples with citations:
1. Gender Identity Disorder: What is gender identity disorder?
A person with a gender identity disorder is a person who strongly identifies with the other sex. The individual may identify with the opposite sex to the point of believing that he/she is, in fact, a member of the other sex who is trapped in the wrong body. This causes that person to experience serious discomfort with his/her own biological sex orientation. The gender identity disorder causes problems for this person in school, work or social settings. This disorder is different from transvestism or transvestic fetishism where cross-dressing occurs for sexual pleasure, but the transvestite does not identify with the other sex.

2. Klinefelter's syndrome: 47, XXY or XXY syndrome is a condition caused by a chromosome aneuploidy. Affected males have an extra X sex chromosome. The principal effects are development of small testicles and reduced fertility. A variety of other physical and behavioral differences and problems are common, though severity varies and many boys and men with the condition have few detectable symptoms. In 1942, Harry Klinefelter, Fuller Albright, and their coworkers at the Massachusetts General Hospital published a report about 9 men who had enlarged breasts, sparse facial and body hair, small testes, and the inability to produce sperm. This combination of features has come to be recognized as Klinefelter syndrome.

3. Hermaphoditism: The rarest of all is a human with the sex organs of both MALE and FEMALE! I saw this one on Discovery Channel. We do have evidence in humans because in Discovery Channel they interviewed that guy/girl. But I could not seem to google the specific man/woman. But I found an alternative evidence which is hermaphoditism in a calf in Nebraska:

I also found an artical about Human Hermaphoditism:

4. I am sure there is more.
So guess what? My 'theory' of Continuous Nature still holds!
What else do you want to contest about with my idea of Continuous Nature?
You want to argue about Black and White? I can do that too.
How about Nothing and Something?
So mimag,
For the case of that Calf with two sexes what do you call it? Male or Female? Now, you would have trouble to characterise this particular problem don't you. This is the limitations of Discrete Nature - Discrete Nature can only apply to only a handful of occasions and events. But Continuous Nature is taking Nature as it is, there is no classification in Continuous Nature - just whatever it is. I am not saying I am a champion of C.N. I am saying that nature is just what it is - but human just APPROXIMATE it and CLASSIFY it so that it is TANGIBLE to them, so that they can understand. It is a process of simplifying the facts in Discrete Nature. But what happens when you simplify is that you discard some evidence.
For your information,
In science, the C.N. world that is, this calf we would just call 'Hermaphodite' - NOT HE OR SHE Just hermaphrodite.
Didn't about this until I point it out didn't you?
Anyway,
Looks like arguments like these could just carry on indefinitely. I am doing to argue about my Continuous Nature and you on your religion.
In the end, you will not convince me I am wrong and I will not convince you are wrong too.
To me, it doesn't matter what religion says about science - I have thoroughly thought it through that religion IS NOT science and ADAMANTLY INSISTS that one should keep science and religion separate.
The reason is because religion is all about faith - the believe in something regardless of the evidence.
Faith defined by dictionary.com:
" belief that is not based on proof "
Something without proof is not science. You might disagree but I respect your views but I am adamant about mine.
Nice debating with you - I have learned a lot.

Dear Mr Goh,
Wise words.
Different lenses see different landscapes.
I wud also like to indulge you by seeing your landscape thru your lense...ok..?
To understand the “ sight “ this is my question..
We have an unknown object..say.. a weird looking machine...never seen before...
Who do you think will know about this object...?
Please DO NOT for a moment think that I am insulting your intelligence by posing this straight forward question.
On the contrary, I am applying the concordance approach and coming from an elementary maths platform...remember..?
The feelings mutual.!
Regards.

And So I gentlemanly replied:
--------------------------------------------------------
mrgoh
EXACTLY!
I have a saying,
Scientist raises more questions but only idiots claim to have the answers.
Meaning: The smart people are always asking more question, yearning to know more and convince that they do not know enough - hence they are open to new ideas and learn more. While only the stupid will say that they have all the answers. They remain stupid because they are convinced that they know it all and hence are not open-minded to accept new ideas.
